Project owners can post projects, review candidates, and start engagements quickly, while IRPs gain visibility, build reputations, and find consistent work. We run alongside existing institutional systems so contracting can happen in parallel, cutting down delays.

Unlike generic marketplaces, we are purpose-built for academic research and grant-funded work. We have compliance by design (identity verification, credential checks, milestone-based payments, audit trails) and align with academic culture. We fill the gap between rigid university HR systems and unregulated gig platforms.

Create a role-specific listing with scope, budget, timeline, and deliverables. Post it publicly or invite specific verified IRPs. Clear requirements, realistic timelines, and defined milestones lead to faster, better matches.

In most cases, you will start seeing qualified proposals within one to two days of posting a project. The timing depends on your project scope and requirements, but our early pilot groups and targeted onboarding are designed to keep a ready pool of experts available.

Payments are milestone-based. Funds are held in escrow and released only after the project owner approves deliverables, protecting both sides.

Built-in messaging, file sharing, role-specific dashboards, and reputation tracking. Future updates will add institutional dashboards, bulk onboarding tools, AI-assisted matching, and compliance analytics.

We review documented milestones, deliverables, and communications. Escrow funds may be returned if agreed terms are not met and resolution cannot be reached.

Off-platform hiring during an active project violates our terms of service and removes escrow, compliance, and credential protections.

Biostatisticians, scientific writers, data analysts, research coordinators, lab technicians, grant writers, public health researchers, and more. All are vetted for academic qualifications and compliance.

Yes. Short-term projects can be extended or converted to ongoing work. Institutions can also make direct hires through our recruiting service.

Institutional accounts can have multiple authorized users. Post-launch subscription plans will provide scalable access, hiring data, compliance tools, and central billing.

Yes. If a principal investigator also wants to serve as a consultant or expert, they need to register separately as an Independent Research Professional in addition to their Project Owner account. This can be done by using a different email address, or by adding “+1” or other text after their existing email username if their email provider supports plus-addressing such as Gmail.
